1978 New York Yankees Autographed Celebration Limited Edition 16 x 20 Unframed Photograph (18 Signatures)

1978 New York Yankees Autographed Celebration Limited Edition 16 x 20 Unframed Photograph (18 Signatures)

The NY Yankees again faced the LA Dodgers in the first rematch since the Yankees and Braves faced each other in 1957 and 1958. New York had the toughest road to Series, as they first had to make up a 14-game deficit in the American League East standings, then beat the Red Sox in a one-game playoff before eliminating Kansas City for the third straight year in the ALCS. Game 6 saw the Yankees make it four straight games and two straight Series. This great 16x20 photograph was hand-signed by 18 members of this historic team. Signatures include: Chris Chambliss, Willie Randolph, Bucky Dent, Graig Nettles, Roy White, Lou Piniella, Cliff Johnson, Mickey Rivers, Paul Blair, George Zeber, Reggie Jackson, Ron Guidry, Jay Johnstone, Ed Figueroa, Sparky Lyle, Brian Doyle, Goose Gossage and Rawly Eastwick. This is a special limited edition of only 178. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included.
